From a young age, Theo Schnackenberg knew he was meant to build. Growing up alongside his father, who owned a home remodeling business, he spent his childhood learning the value of craftsmanship, hard work, and doing things the right way. What began as early hands-on experience quickly grew into a lifelong passion—one that has now been shaped by over two decades of real-world expertise.

While working as a civil construction estimator, Theo began taking on projects for friends and family. Time and time again, he heard stories of homeowners being left with unfinished work, poor craftsmanship, or contractors who simply didn’t care. Those experiences sparked something deeper—a commitment to raise the standard and do better for families who deserved honesty, quality, and respect in their homes.

As demand for his work grew, what started as nights and weekends quickly became something more. Schnackenberg Craftsman was built on a simple promise: do the job right the first time, and stand behind every detail.
